CANNES AND ITS VINEYARDS

Part of the Provence Wine Collection includes the vineyards of Cannes on the Island of Saint-Honorat.  Situated on the Mediterranean Sea, Cannes is the perfect destination to start your discovery as we offer cultural tours, vineyard visits and wine training and tasting.  A short 15-minute boat-rode away from the Port of Cannes, 21 Cistercian Monks live and work, proudly producing 7 wines, red and white , on 8 hectares  (20 acres) of this idyllic island.  By the seaside, enjoy the wines that can be visited on future Provence tours located in the famous city from Saint-Tropez to Aix-en-Provence.  We also focus on local treasures and talents, so you may choose a visit to an artist’s gallery in Mougins or create your own perfume firsthand in Grasse, followed by a wine initiation and luncheon.  You’ll get an initiation to such well-known Cru Classé vineyards as Château La Coste, Château Minuty, Domaine OTT as well as Domaine des Aspras, Château Rasque as well as other surprising wines from Provence to taste in 3 colors! We have so much to offer in terms of culinary arts so we will be discussing and demonstrating wine and food pairings including famous French cheeses as we indulge for a memorable wine adventure together !
